Information about the correspondence and a scan of its content will be sent to the email address provided during the order placement.

As soon as you receive any correspondence, we will inform you about it in a separate email. For letters: - you will receive a scan according to your preference, - we can forward them to a specified address, with an additional shipping fee, - if not sent to the specified address, letters will be destroyed after 30 days. For parcels: - a flat fee of EUR 4.99 (TBC) applies for parcel acceptance, - if you know a parcel will be sent to you, coordinate its receipt with our customer service and arrange its immediate forwarding to the specified address, covering the shipping cost - we do not store parcels and they must be sent to you promptly, otherwise, the parcel will not be accepted.

At the Virtual Apartment address, various types of correspondence can be received, just like with a standard address. This may include letters, parcels, invoices, official documents, and any other mail addressed to you. However, before providing your address for package receipt, ensure in the regulations if we are able to accept it. While letter reception poses no issue, you must notify us in advance regarding parcel shipments.

Any hazardous, flammable, or organic materials will not be accepted into the personal mailbox.
